- Ready stock orders will be processed within 1 - 2 working days.
- Pre-Order (PO) items will be processed within 10 - 18 working days from the order date, and will be shipped once the products arrive at our warehouse.
- All regular orders will be shipped with JNE, unless you request delivery via Grab, Gojek, or Paxel.
- Sameday delivery cut-off time is at 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Instant delivery cut-off time is at 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
